Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro provides several ways of interacting with both the presenters and other attendees. Here’s a guide to how to get the best from the options available.

Before the Event


Before the event there is a Chat pod displayed (1), usually this is at the bottom of the Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro window.

All attendees are welcome to ask questions and make comments before the event begins. Alternatively there is no requirement to participate in the chat, so attendees can opt to just read what others are saying.

During the Event


During the event the Chat pod is hidden.

After the Event


After the event the Chat pod (1) is maximized and all participants are welcome to chat to the presenter, the producer and the other attendees.
