The NWAG Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro Interface

Every Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro room looks very different depending on the features enabled by the administrator. This lesson provides a brief guide to the interface we use for events in our NWAG Connect room.

The Lobby View

Before the event begins the Lobby view is displayed with details of future events displayed in the Screen Sharing pod (1), a Chat pod at the bottom of the window (2) and the Q & A pod on the left of the window (3)

The Presentation View

When the presentation begins the Chat pod is hidden and the Screen Sharing pod (1) becomes larger.

The Chat View

At the end of the presentation the Chat pod replaces the Screen Sharing pod (1).

The North West Adobe User Group (NWAG) has been supporting the Adobe Community since 2007. The aim of the Group is to provide learning, networking and knowledge-sharing opportunities for users of Adobe products. To facilitate this we run monthly meetings and social events (both online and “in person”), as well as providing tips and tricks via the website. There is no charge to attend our meetings.
