How Do I Attend an NWAG Event?

Once you’re confident you’ve got all you need how can you attend one of our events?

Enter this in your browser.

Entering the Presentation Room

You will be presented with an Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro Meeting login page for the Digital-IQ_Network (our service provider for the event room).

Ensure that the "Enter as Guest option is selected (1)

Click the Enter Room button (2)

Waiting for the Room to Open

If you are early you will see the Welcome Message (1).

Below the Welcome Message you will see details of the next event together with the time the room is due to open (2).

If the room is already open then you will by pass this screen and enter the room immediately.

The Connect Meeting Room

You will be taken to the chatroom.

There are several different layouts that might greet you, depending on the event.

There are generally 3 areas of importance, as follows:

1. The menu bar (1)

2. The Question and Answer pod (2)

3. The chat pod (3)

The North West Adobe User Group (NWAG) has been supporting the Adobe Community since 2007. The aim of the Group is to provide learning, networking and knowledge-sharing opportunities for users of Adobe products. To facilitate this we run monthly meetings and social events (both online and “in person”), as well as providing tips and tricks via the website. There is no charge to attend our meetings.
